Just had a stove fitted by this company. Fantastic service from picking our stove, with valuable advice from Susan, right through to the fitting. John, the fitter, helped by Graham, did a great job putting in our stove. The results far exceeded our expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Believe me, we looked all over the North East for a reliable company. Thankfully we found Andrew and Susan. P.S if you get John to fit your stove make sure you have plenty of tea bags. 😀

I’d definitely recommend AR Wood Burning Stoves. Andrew and Susan are a very pleasant and helpful couple. I’ve recently had my wood burner installed by Tony and Kevin. Two great lads who have done a fantastic job. Very professional, knowledgeable and immaculate workmanship. We had our burner installed this week and first small fire test done today. Super happy with AR wood burning stoves. Right from the first visit to their shop Susan and Andrew were really helpful and patient with me as I took my time to pick the right stove. The install guys had a work ethic second to none and did an amazing job; fully fitted in 2 days. Would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew and Susan’s business. In fact I already have to my neighbour!

What a wonderful set of people. Andrew and Susan took care of the order and made sure what we wanted would work and then the fabulous Tony and his sidekick Andy did a magnificent job fitting it all together. They never stopped and took real pride in their work. Highly, highly recommend.

First class service. Sam and john worked there socks off on what turned out to be a nightmare job. Stayed till 10pm to finish the job off after having a horrendous day. Love the finished result, would recommend them 100%. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
